I'm getting to be really forgetful these days. Sigh damn irritating. Maybe carrying an organiser around would really be useful at this point in time. But again, it could be due to the fact that i have just ONE WEEK to get everything done. Meaning get my stuff for nz, pack my bag for 3 weeks' worth of travel, pack another bag for camp from 6 to 10dec, get prom dress and accessories, get hair highlighted, exchange money for nz...argh the list goes on and on. And i hafta cram everything grr into just this one week.Ya yesterday was damn happening! Waait who thinks jeff wang is cute?! He's that jiafu guy from double happiness btw. Sam, peiyun, andrea and me saw this whole bunch of channel 8 actors/actresses at east coat park; joey swee, jamie teo, JEFF WANG and lots more (dunno their names). And argh jeff wang looked damn hot la! Got this chiselled jaw that's to die for, muscular arms...and his eyes! He's the first guy with slit eyes i find hot. (: And it could be my near-hysteria, but i thought jeff wang looked up and smiled at me. Swoon. Note that it's all from my own twisted perspective. Oh yes, and the main reason why i was there was all thanks to andrea, who organised the whole outing. We 4 went cycling, and i tell you, i'd no idea how unfit i was till yesterday! 15 mins into the whole thing, i was huffing heavily by then, pathetic. And to make matters worse, sam peiyun and andrea were like way ahead of me 90% of the time, as in way way ahead. This is bad. This means more hard work, and 7 days to tone the stomach for prom! (and put it all back again in nz, bleah) Hah really looking forward to mon tues and wed. Mon will be spent hopefully finding all my prom stuff within a night with jessie (yes jessie i believe you can work miracles!), tues going out with bra (where e last time we went out was like last nov), and wed is like the climaxed anticipation fulfilled. Gonna highlight my hair then (big heehee) and i can actually keep it as long i want forevermore amen. No more schoolrules about hair needing to be black!

I've decided to stop being hurt. It's a decision to feel hurt or to just be immune isn't it? I lowered my pride so many times. I don't think i've tried so hard in my entire life...which leaves me scratching my head on why i care so much, still. No matter though, the thing is i know. I know i did my part in trying. I accept the fact that a person won't always live up to what i expect of him/her. Or that i won't always live up to what the person expects of me. As my sis said, there're just some things in life you don't have to try to understand; you just hafta accept it as part of God's original plan. Wah lau i never imagined shopping in preparation for a prom could be so stressful! And emotional. I found this to-die-for black and pink spaghetti at scotts. It was love at first sight. Fate didn't let the affair work out though. The darn shop only had it in M size; it carried the same dress in only 1 dress per size, meaning if someone bought the S sized one, the only two left of that same dress would be M or L. You could have stuffed two fists into the M sized one i tried on. Sob. This is the one time i wished i were a little fatter. Seriously, the thought of intentionally fattening myself up in order to fit into that dress flitted into my mind. Then i realised that to go up by one size in two weeks is virtually impossible. I'd die of clogged-up artilleries first. And get this: i'm only a size 4!!! Feel so...small. I hate november! It always rains then. Sigh, how to go tanning like that. My parents are leaving in a weeks' time, meaning my sis and i will be left behind. The prom and the aftermath just better be worth my staying back a week! It's time i put my age to good legal use. (: Cough. Am i crazy to give up a ticket to spore idol finals?!! Nic asked if i wanted if she could get an extra ticket, and im not sure if i want to go. Somehow the thought of having to brave the screaming adoring fans of sylvester and taufik fills me with dread. And of the thought of people in front of me waving their posters, banners, shirts and whatnots (and thus obstructing my view of the stage). But i've never been a screaming fan of any one. How the heck do you idolise someone?! Yes yes i'm a boring person am i not, nic? Haha. I'll stick to practising my sketching. God, give me talent in drawing! Hehe. I want to draw!

The day hath cometh. Oh it's like a dream..a sweet sweet dream. :) Think Love is like a red, red rose. :)No more studying my ass off for the next 11 months. No more wearing any school uniform (whoopee! my first step to growing up) No more going out guiltily (big whoohoo for this!). No more restrictions to how much i wanna go out (yes my mum promised this a long long time ago early this year when i complained. And my mum will not make a sound. The curfew of 12am still holds though, sigh). No more school for the next 7 months! And one of the biggest worries i can finally cast off: the significant other can finally start getting himself aquainted with my more immediate family members. Waited damn long for this. My dining table has been a faithful companion these past weeks. I feel a minute amount of wistfulness now just thinking about it. Not to forget my 3 trusty black pilot pens, as well as my carefully written out notes in my nice blue notebook. ...who am i kidding! Quit being a wet blanket. :) The biggest worry i should have now is to get everything perfect for prom! That means: 1. figure out how to get rid of all the pimples quick; 2. get my brush mane cut and highlighted soon; 3. go shop for dress, accessories, blah; 4. go work off all the accumulated flabs gotten from greedying on chocs for the past month; and FINALLY 5. quit eating snickers!!!! I tell you i'm a snicker sucker now. Satisfies hunger but NOT GOOD for face and body, bleah. So many things i wanna get done now now now! especially since i only have two weeks or so before i leave for new zealand. Get a nice fluffy warm coat! Green if the design allows it. (: Ok and besides blowing cash on prom stuff, i still wanna buy some books from kino i've been dying to buy since the beginning of this year: Life lessons, by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and David Kessler; Jews, God and History, by Max I Dimont. Movies i wanna watch: Taxi, Birth, Bridget Jones' Diary, The Incredibles, Stepford Wives, Ella Enchanted. This is so exciting! Haha, i'm finally getting a life. On a bleaker note, he won't be around for my prom. Bleah no chaffeur. (: Ok he's gonna kill me. And, effectively from now, we only have 4 days in which we can see each other before i fly off. To credit him, he was the one main pushing force during the whole a level ordeal. Having his job isn't easy ok; having to deal with constant pms symtons, irritable outbursts and depression whilst dealing simultaneously with sergeants, lost water bottles and going to the loo in the jungle soils with mosquitoes hovering around looking hungrily at your butt. Hehe. After me he's gotta be one angelic tempered fella. My sis and i will be paired off permanently on the new zealand trip, meaning there's 10 people, so that makes 5 couples. We've agreed that whenever we reach a motel of uniquely unearthly beautiful scenery, we shall wake up early and go for morning walks, and go meditate on God's creation. (: Even though im gonna be the youngest there and the next oldest are like my brother and christine, i shall make the best of it and make myself old, hehe. Ok so what's the best thing to try in new zealand? ZORBING!!!!!! Hehehehe. For those who don't know, it's this sport they offer there where they put you in this big transparent ball, you cling on with your two hands and feet, and off you go rolling down the hill. Since i've done whitewater rafting there already (ho-hum, hehe), the next eccentric sport's zorbing. Oops, didn't sound very coherent there. But let me get this straight to anyone reading this right now and to everyone who's done a levels: adopt the carpe diem attitude; go forth and conquer the partying world! Chances like this only come once in a long long while. :) Ah yes, and those of you rich enough, go watch mama mia! It's damn nice.

My brother said studying for A levels (ie all the subjects he took --history,econs,lit) helped open his eyes to the world. Mine are being opened alright; they're being forcibly pried open right now! Take note: frantic last-minute studying.I've been having nightmares quite frequently now. Maybe my aircon's not working properly, hmm. Last night i dreamt of a mummified body in a yoga position with its eyes so rubberised it was stretched to its maximum. And the body was that of ashlee simpson, of all people. Haha. I remember thinking what a pretty mummy it was! But i was so terrified i woke up sweating and couldn't go back to sleep. Right to the point of drifting in and out of semiconsciousness till nat woke me up with his msg at 5 plus. Not only that, i keep imagining there's some sadako girl with long black hair hanging right over me aka The Eye2 whenever it gets dark. Maybe the fear of A levels took on the imagery of all these stuff. (: Yes, and nic agrees with me. (:(: hellooo! nicole here. i agree! --my evil twin. Eee and i keep thinking of new zealand new zealand new zealand! whenever i study. Sigh can't wait to escape from exam horrors..i wanna migrate to new zealand and set up a B&B motel there! And i will provide such worldclass service travellers will come from all over the world to see the cute little chinese girl who can cook and make beds! The appeal in orientalism. (: Yes and i will learn all the exotic peranakan dishes from my grandaunt. Sigh i just want A levels over and done with. Sigh gloriaaaaa............ With you withdrawing from A levels, who'll suffer econs with me now?! Haha. And yes i know you think i rock. (: And nic wants me paying a tribute to her now. SNORT. Look at my teeny weeny lil green foot! helloo nicole here! eeeeee your foot is green with your snort! yarks. Looking at the good side, the end's just FOURTEEN days away! Looking at the bad side, the end's just fourteen days away. Cambridge people are extremely perverse to students taking geog and lit. Since i'm not making any sense right now, i better log off. Darn cursed econs!

I did something today which i know i shouldn't have done. I went to watch princess diaries2 with nic after gp! Haha.. It was ok full-stop. I don't envy the protagonist and i won't want to live her life even though i could hear all the prepubescents at the back going 'ooooh...' when she appeared in all her pretty dresses or when she kissed that dreamboat with the smoky eyes so irritating. Looking at the hordes of prepubescents (i just love the word! it reminds me of fat pimply little teenyboppers even though yes shut up i know i'm pimply) today, it's so maddening and i have to struggle to focus focus focus! on what's important for now.Oh yes and if you ever come across me, don't ever mention the word 'pimple' or 'acne'. Getting reminded of it by various people in church is bad enough, not to mention aunts going 'wah eunice growing up already ah! now got pimples!'. And they're grownups so what could i do but smile politely and grimacingly mumble 'ya ya all grownup already' and scratch selfconsciously at the pimple. At least i managed to avoid relative-interrogation last sunday, hehehe. GP was --i wouldn't say good or bad-- but my mind was especially slow today. And i knew being passionate about the Chronicles of Narnia would pay off one day! I did the question on fantasy! And my trusty black ink pen turned out to be notsotrusty after all. It gave out on me at the crucial moment. From now on im gonna stock up on at least 3 pilot black pens in my pencil case! Lesson learnt. Didn't finish the aq as usual, so what's new, sigh. Actually i wanted to do the q of how important religion is to the society today and i prayed for inspiration. Inspiration and sufficient knowledge didn't come fast enough though, so i hadda switch. I'm gonna adopt nic's method and blank out the fears of not doing well. All said and done, no point griping about spilt milk. The best is just to wipe it all up and carry on producing more milk. Don't ask me where that came from. Perhaps it had something to do with yesterday's news article on 'breast milk banks'. (: Ok i wanna go study hottie sylvester in spore idol now since pretty christopher's out.

Today i woke up feeling very happy. He told me last night he dreamt that i was dying. What kind of masochism is that you ask. But see, he was crying cuz of it. That's what got me happy. (:One gets easily contented nowadays. Only 21 more days of misery! Oh happy day...
